Return Policy

At Podozi, customer satisfaction is in our DNA. Podozi strives to provide a superior customer and quality shopping experience. That is why shipping, return and exchange are hassle-free. We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if you need to return any product, so we want to make sure the return is as painless as possible.

If you wish to return a product, please do so within 7 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or bank account number use for payment.

Naturally, we cannot take returns on product(s) that does not meets the following criteria:

  • Product(s) that is/are not in NEW condition
  • Product(s) that the seal(s) is/are not intact
  • Product(s) that is/are not in their ORIGINAL Packaging with all accessories intact (including manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.)
  • Product(s) that came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned
  • Product(s) must be accompanied by a completed RETURN FORM

To return items to Podozi.com, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service team by calling 08088881023 or by emailing [email protected] Please state your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, the reason (see below) and your preference in regards to replacement of product, replacement with product of same amount or bank refund. In case of bank refund, thanks for indicating your full bank details
  2. Complete the Return Form Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package)
  3. Affix the Return Label provided to the outside of your return package. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All returns should be mailed to:

Upon arrival, we will conduct a quality check of the item and we will send you a confirmation by email on the status of the return. If a return is invalid, we will notify you and send the items back to you.

After this check, we will proceed with the refund.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Your Return shipping cost will be reimbursed in case your return is valid.

Note that we cannot accept returns for defective items after 7 days since delivery.
